Our story
Built on Craft, Rooted in the Mountains
Vesper Outdoor Lighting was founded right here in Western North Carolina — by someone who loves this place and believes your home deserves to look as good at night as it does during the day.
Veteran Owned & Operated — Serving Western North Carolina with Pride
How We Got Here
Vesper started with a simple frustration: too many outdoor lighting jobs done carelessly — fixtures aimed wrong, wiring exposed, systems that failed after one season. We knew there was a better way.
As a veteran-owned business, we bring the same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right the first time that we learned in service. Every installation is treated like it matters — because to our clients, it does.
We're proud to serve the communities of Western North Carolina: Asheville, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Brevard, Waynesville, and everywhere in between. This is our home, and we take care of it.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in clean, precise work. Every fixture is aimed with intention. Every wire is buried properly. Every job is finished the way we'd want our own home done.
Integrity
We give honest quotes, show up when we say we will, and stand behind everything we install. No surprises, no shortcuts.
Community
Western NC is home. We support local, hire local, and invest in the communities we serve. When you work with us, you're keeping it local.
The people behind the work
Small Team, High Standards
Vesper is intentionally small. We don't take on more work than we can do well. The person who designs your lighting is the same person who installs it — and the same person who picks up the phone when you call.
